Upon signing this agreement, DJ GUCCI agrees to perform at the time, date, and place that was agreed upon and specified. DJ GUCCI agrees to provide one DJ/MC, complete sound system (if agreed upon), and selection of music as requested upon the client. DJ GUCCI will also make any necessary announcements when needed and on the clients behalf.
Client should indicate to DJ GUCCI the appropriate dress code for the DJ. If not, DJ shall dress accordingly to event.
DJ GUCCI is in no way responsible for any accidental injury to clients and/or guests. DJ GUCCI reserves the right to deny any client/guest access to equipment and/or designated section of performance. If a hazardous situation develops through the course of performance, it is the responsibility of the client to remedy such incident. In extreme instances, in the event of a hazardous situation is not dealt with, DJ GUCCI reserves the right to terminate its performance until such time when the situation is resolved.
In the unlikely event that DJ GUCCI, is not able to perform for the time period specified, due to accident, no fault of his/her own, travel difficulties, or other Acts of God, client will be given compensation in the form of:
-PERFORMANCE EQUAL TO THE TIME MISSED
-REFUND OF AMOUNT AGREED ON FOR EVERY HOUR THAT DJ DID
- NOT PERFORM DUE TO THE DIFFICULTIES ABOVE
NOTE: This compensatory agreement applies if and only if the DJ does not perform during the contracted time of period as a fault of DJ GUCCI. Any stoppage in performance, delay, or early termination of such performance during the contracted time of period not the fault of DJ GUCCI, (e.g. disorderly guest, power outage, rain, etc.) the client will be expected to pay DJ GUCCI in full for the contracted period of time.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY PRIOR TO DJ GUCCI PERFORMANCE
Client is required prior to the arrival of DJ GUCCI
An area of no less than 6 square feet for sole use of DJ
Must supply a close range power outlet of 110 volts solely for DJ
A table of approximately 6 feet solely for the use of the DJ
If these above requests are not satisfactorily made and causes a delay in performance, DJ GUCCI doesn't have to compensate.
A request sheet and complete song list is available upon request from DJ GUCCI.The DJ will play selections in which he/she believes are appropriate for the type of gathering unless specified otherwise by client. Client is therefore encouraged to review the play list and request or eliminate certain types of musical selections at least one week prior to the performance. DJ will play requests on basis of availability and crowd size. DJ GUCCI reserves the right to refuse to play certain selections if he/she feels it is offensive to, or not in the best interest of the client/guests. If play list is not specified by client, DJ GUCCI will play selections based on his/her expertise.
Rate for preceding contracted event/performance is specified in fee listed above. A deposit is due at the time of signing this agreement in the amount of: $_______________The balance due anytime prior of performance is: $__________________
Both DJ GUCCI and __________________________ (Client) understand and agree with the above contract. No exceptions and/or adjustments may be made to this contract without the written agreement of both parties. Any addendum to this contract must be attached and signed by both parties.
