By purchasing exclusively licensed music sold under DJGucci.com, you automatically become bound to the terms of this following "Terms and Conditions agreement".

Exclusive Beats
These are beats that you OWN. They are high quality, radio-ready, A&R approved beats that you can use for any recording project. Once you have purchased an exclusive beat from us we will remove it from our database the same day the funds clear our account. We will not sell the same beat to anyone else.

The exclusive rights & copyright of the musical compositions offered by DJGucci.com are transferred to the customer.This

agreement grants the customer the exclusive rights to use the acquired beat for the following purposes: Audio, Albums, Radio Advertisement, Commercial Advertisement, Television and/or Radio Broadcast, Internet Background Music, On-Hold & In-House Background Music, and/or Film Soundtracks.DJGucci.com reserves the right to demo the sold beats as such in its archives, but will not sell the beat or its sources to anyone else.

Non-Exclusive Beats (Leased Beats)
These are beats that are professionally recorded and mixed that you DO NOT OWN. These beats cannot be used for any commercial project. They can only be used to create demo CD's, MixTapes, Talent Shows and more. We reserve the right to sell them to multiple customers.

We also give away some beats for free occasionally on our website. These beats are under the same contract as Non-Exclusive Beats.
